CLAY!!!

Hey Tiff can you make me....???? I get asked a lot to do clay work. I don't feel I am all that great at it. It does all SCREAM Tiffany made it!!! But I still do it because people enjoy it.                                                     I have gotten better over the years and I enjoy working with it. Lately everyone has wanted the"clay critters "to be on the dark side.

This set was made for my sisters wedding.

The Happy Couple holding my Clay Couple

This is a couple I did for friend of my moms. I have never met them and really have no idea what they look like. This pic was taken before I went in a touched up the face. They were still on the baking stand.

These I made as a gift for my brother and his wife.

My aunt asked me to make this set for her cake topper.

I don't charge anything for them, all I ask is that they get me the clay I need to complete them. I do enjoy it and it is only one of the many things I create. :)

Coloring fun.

I haven't been on her in FOREVER and I have a group of ladies that are making me feel like I am in the dark without a blog...LOL. They are pushing me out of my comfort zone and I must say I kinda like it.

SOOOO lets get started.
I have a good friend that is a true artist. She has talent that oozes from any medium she uses. I admit I am envious of her. I recently discovered Digi stamps. I approached her with the idea of doing up some basic sketches for me to use in some of my mixed media work. Not that there aren't some lovely stamps out there, but because I wanted something that no one else has nor could get. She came up with some beautiful ladies that each represent some she and I both share in common.

These are what they looked like after I took to coloring one afternoon.

I love figures without faces. Without faces I can make them "feel" anything I choose just by the colors or the surroundings I use.

Something playful...who doesn't like Bubbles?

This is a project I used with one of the ladies I colored. It was for a mixed media challenge that I truly enjoyed!!!
